The Kitchen

Moringa, every day.

A spoon of single-origin leaf powder folds into almost anything. Here are simple ways to make it part of your ritual — no special equipment, no unfamiliar ingredients.

Start with 1 tsp

About 3–5 g a day is plenty. Build up gradually if you are new to the leaf.

Keep the heat gentle

Stir it in after cooking. High heat dulls the colour and the delicate compounds.

Pair with citrus or fat

Lemon, curd or a little ghee round off the flavour beautifully.
